Her career in the construction industry began in 1982 and continued until 1991 working in sales management for national companies such as Whirlpool, Kohler and Amana.
She began her own design firm in 1991 in Newport Beach, decorating and staging hundreds of homes in the nineties. In 1998 she opened offices in Palm Desert and began working with such notable builders as Ehline Company, Lennar, Standard Pacific and Toll Brothers to create high-end model homes.
In 2006 she was recognized by the building industry with the Gold Nugget Award for design of the Greg Norman Estates at PGA West.
